Hi Annabel,

Usually the laminate flooring would have been installed over some kind of insulation matting. This is normally not fixed to the tiles, so there shouldn't be any problem with damaging the tiles. Obviously take care, just incase they are fixed down.

Hi,

The photos are beautiful, well done!

My partner and I have just bought a traditional 1930's semi detached property in Birstall. In the hallway is wooden laminate flooring. I'd like to take it up to see if the original floor tiles are underneath. How can I do this safely so not to damage the tiles? (should there be some!) I would love to use your services to help restore them to their full glory, but I understand most of them need to remain intact.

Thanks
